Junior Business Analyst - RFID Software (San Jose)
Join AssetPulse, a growing software/hardware company with numerous Fortune 1000 customers across diverse industries. We are currently searching for a highly motivated Business System Analyst.
The Business Analyst will work with customers to understand their use case and help solve their business problems using AssetPulse solutions. This is an implementation project management role for people who are excited to work at the intersection of software/hardware and business.
You'll learn different business process practices across a variety of industries. You will be trained to become a subject matter expert in RFID-based asset tracking and process engineering practices. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years in software, hardware or a related field (ideally enterprise s/w)
- Veterans / Retired with IT Background welcome
- Passion for learning business processes ( supply chain, inventory management, asset management, manufacturing )
- Able to work in a rapidly evolving field
- Excellent communication skills
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
Requirements
- Manage client relationships while implementing AssetPulse solutions
- Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations to map their processes to AssetPulse solutions
- Liaise with AssetPulse Development and Support teams to execute clients' business requirements
- Collaborate with the clients' implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training
