Our Commitment to Privacy

AssetPulse, LLC (“AssetPulse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website (assetpulse.com) and users of our services. This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our website and services. This includes:

  • Contact information— name, email address, phone number, company name, and mailing address submitted through our contact or demo request forms.
  • Service-related information— industry, solution interest, and any details you provide in the message field.
  • Website usage data— pages visited, referral source, browser type, and device type, collected automatically through server logs and analytics. General browsing analytics are aggregated and not used to identify you.
  • Submission metadata— when you submit a form, we also record your IP address and the approximate location (such as city and region) derived from it, along with the pages you viewed on our site and the time of submission. This information is associated with your inquiry and is used for security, fraud and abuse prevention, and to provide context for our response.

We do not collect payment card information through this website.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide requested demos.
  • To send occasional updates about our products and services that may be relevant to you.
  • To improve our website, content, and user experience based on aggregated usage patterns.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

No Selling or Sharing of Personal Data

AssetPulse does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not provide outside organizations access to our mailing lists or any other stored personal data.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate our website. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it:

  • Cloudflare— website hosting, CDN, and security (DNS-level analytics, no personal tracking).
  • Resend— transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4 & Tag Manager) — privacy-preserving, aggregate website analytics. Operated in a cookieless mode by default (Consent Mode v2, consent denied): no advertising, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
  • Zoho (SalesIQ)— live chat support. Loads on our website to provide chat; processes basic session data and any information you choose to share in a chat to respond to your inquiry.

We do not use third-party advertising networks or retargeting pixels on this website.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses only essential, first-party cookies required for site functionality (such as session management), plus functional cookies set by our live-chat provider (Zoho SalesIQ) to operate a chat session when the chat widget is used. Our website analytics (Google Analytics 4) runs in a cookieless, privacy-preserving mode by default and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.

Cloudflare and Google Analytics may collect anonymized, aggregated data (page views, country/region-level geography, browser type, and on-site interactions such as use of the live-chat widget — e.g. whether a chat was started or ended) to help us understand site usage. The content of chats is processed only by Zoho to respond to your inquiry and is not sent to our analytics. This data is not used to identify individual visitors or for advertising.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, typically no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Our website is served over HTTPS, data is encrypted in transit, and access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Opt outof the sale or sharing of personal information — though AssetPulse does not sell or share personal data as defined by the CCPA.
  • Non-discrimination— we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@assetpulse.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

International Visitors (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, our lawful basis for processing your personal data is your consent (provided when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email info@assetpulse.com.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

Legal Disclosure

AssetPulse may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, subpoena, search warrant, court order, or fraud investigation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AssetPulse, our users, or others.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
